MoarTube, LLC ("the platform") operates within the legal jurisdiction of the United States of America. As such, the platform is bound by the laws, regulations, and restrictions therein. When using the platform in any respect, you agree to abide by any and all relevant U.S. laws, regulations, and restrictions.

In accordance with Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, the platform is not responsible for videos, images, or text ("content") posted by users on the platform. As a provider of interactive services, the platform does not create or publish user-generated content and is therefore immune from any liability related to such content in accordance with United States federal law.

While the platform reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-generated content at its discretion, it does not have a legal obligation to control, monitor, or enforce any standards of content posted by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Basically, don't use the platform in the commision of acts that may be construed to be in violation of U.S. laws, regulations, and restrictions. Other than that, do whatever you want.
